GET Payroll/Employee/id

Returns a single employee in file including inactive. Valid filters: IsActive, IncludeLeaveBalances, LeaveBalanceAsAtDate. To include leave balances for employee, add "IncludeLeaveBalances=true" in the URI Parameters.
